Overview
Normal Search is SourceReady’s default supplier search mode, designed for quick and efficient discovery of suppliers without requiring complex configurations. It’s best suited for standard search scenarios, allowing users to obtain a list of highly relevant suppliers with minimal effort.
Entry Points & Activation
Normal Search can be triggered in the following ways:
AI Search Input Box: When the “Deep Search” toggle is turned off (default state), the system performs a Normal Search.
Search Logic & How It Works
When a user submits a query, the system automatically generates:
Filters: Covering standard fields such as country, product category, certifications, capabilities, etc.
Criteria: When no exact filters are identified, the AI Agent generates intelligent criteria based on the query.
Result Display
The search results are shown as a Report, including:
Filters results generated by AI Agent.
Up to 90 results are displayed, sorted by Match Score (descending).
Match Score Details:
Click the Match Score label to view reasoning behind the score.
Filtering by score is supported without the need to select a scoring model.
Interactions & Actions
From the search result list, you can:
Invite suppliers to quote (supports batch actions)
Save suppliers to a list (supports batch actions)
Unlock contact information (uses credits)
Apply or modify filters:
Filter settings are shown in a right-side panel.
A new search query will be triggered after applying the filters.
