Each generation (with images) consumes 15 credits.
Viewing supplier contact details:
Accessing a supplier’s email, phone number, or website requires 20 credit per view.
Searching suppliers or products by agent:
Using the search agent will consume the corresponding credits.

AI quotation answer updated:
5 credits will be deducted when a supplier responds to an inquiry and AI updates the quotation answer.
Viewing supplier advanced fields:

You can monitor your credit usage and history by navigating to Settings > Subscriptions within the platform.

What happens after I have used all my credits?
Once all credits are used, they will not renew automatically, but you’ll always get 30 refreshed credits daily. You can also earn more credits by inviting friends or completing onboarding tasks. If you’re on our monthly plan, you’ll need to wait until the next month for a refill. For additional credits, please contact support to get a custom plan.

We accept all major credit and debit cards for online payments as well as domestic and international wires.

Yes, you can manage your plan in the billing settings within the app. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, while upgrades apply immediately. We do not offer refunds for previous payments/invoices.

Canceling your subscription won’t delete your data. You’ll retain access to your existing data but won’t be able to create new content or use other features once your current plan cycle ends.
