Do I have to sign up with a contract?

No, there’s no contract required. Our plans offer flexible monthly or yearly subscriptions, which you can select at checkout.

If you are interested in volume discounts or more further supports, please contact our support team. We’ll connect you with a sales representative to customize a plan that fits your needs. Our enterprise plan also offers additional features like single sign on (SSO) and API access.

How do credits work?

Credits are used when accessing certain features. You can view your credit usage and history under Settings > Subscriptions.

Generating new product details and images with AI:

  • Utilizing AI to create product descriptions or images deducts credits.

  • Each generation (with images) consumes 15 credits.

Viewing supplier contact details:

  • Accessing a supplier’s email, phone number, or website requires 20 credit per view.

Searching suppliers or products by agent:

  • Using the search agent will consume the corresponding credits.

  • Supplier search:15 credits

  • Supplier deep search:60 credits

  • Product research:15 credits

AI quotation answer updated:

  • 5 credits will be deducted when a supplier responds to an inquiry and AI updates the quotation answer.

Viewing supplier advanced fields:

  • Accessing data from customs to see a supplier's advanced fields consumes 20 credits.

You can monitor your credit usage and history by navigating to Settings > Subscriptions within the platform.

What happens after I have used all my credits?

Once all credits are used, they will not renew automatically, but you’ll always get 30 refreshed credits daily. You can also earn more credits by inviting friends or completing onboarding tasks. If you’re on our monthly plan, you’ll need to wait until the next month for a refill. For additional credits, please contact support to get a custom plan.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for online payments as well as domestic and international wires.


Subscriptions

Can I cancel, upgrade, downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can manage your plan in the billing settings within the app. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, while upgrades apply immediately. We do not offer refunds for previous payments/invoices.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription won’t delete your data. You’ll retain access to your existing data but won’t be able to create new content or use other features once your current plan cycle ends.
