Yes, every additional seats come with an additional 50 credits per month. The credits are shared amongst all users.

What if I need a plan not listed here?

If you require more credits than our current plans provide or have over 25 users and are interested in volume discounts, please contact our support team. We’ll connect you with a sales representative to customize a plan that fits your needs. Our enterprise plan also offers additional features like single sign on (SSO) and API access.

Credits & Usage

How do credits work?

Credits are used when accessing certain features. You can view your credit usage and history under Settings > Subscriptions.

Which features consume credits?

  1. Generating new product details and images with AI:

    • Utilizing AI to create product descriptions or images deducts credits.

    • Each generation (with images) consumes 5 credits.

  1. Viewing supplier contact details:

    • Accessing a supplier’s email, phone number, or website requires 1 credit per view.

  2. Inviting a supplier via an inquiry:

    • Sending inquiries to suppliers consumes 1 credit per invitation.

  3. Requesting detailed import/export data:

    • Credits are charged based on the number of rows exported. Each row, representing a bill of lading (e.g., CIF, supplier name, buyer name, product name, etc.), costs 0.25 credits. For instance, exporting 1,200 rows would require 300 credits.

  4. Exporting supplier data into Excel:

    • Exporting a list of suppliers with full details into Excel costs 5 credits per supplier.

You can monitor your credit usage and history by navigating to Settings > Subscriptions within the platform.

What happens after I have used all my credits?

Once all credits are used, the credits will not automatically renew. If you are on our monthly plan, you will have to wait for the next month. If you need additional credits, please contact support for a custom plan.

A self-service credit top-up feature will be available in the future.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for online payments as well as domestic and international wires.

Subscriptions

Can I cancel, upgrade, downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can manage your plan in the billing settings within the app. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, while upgrades apply immediately. We do not offer refunds for previous payments/invoices.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription won’t delete your data. You’ll retain access to your existing data but won’t be able to create new content or use other features once your current plan cycle ends.
