Match Score is a powerful feature to help you find the best suppliers for your needs：
You’ll now see a match score for each supplier, reflecting how well they align with your preferences. This helps you quickly assess potential partners.
Each match score is accompanied by a brief summary that explains why the supplier is a good fit, so you can make decisions with confidence.
Based on your responses in the onboarding survey, SourceReady will automatically generate a default scoring model tailored to your needs. This will also be reflected in the corresponding matching details shown in the Match Score.
We’ve added four supplier personas (MOQ, Quality, Cost, Recognition), generated using AI based on supplier data. This gives you a clearer understanding of each supplier’s strengths.
For each persona, you’ll find a comprehensive explanation of the factors powered by AI, helping you understand the data behind the recommendations.
When new users register for SourceReady for the first time, we will guide you to complete an onboarding survey. Please try to fill it out in detail, as we will generate a personalized supplier preference (score model) based on your responses.
If you wish to adjust your score model later, you can go to "Settings" > "Workspace" and update your company profile. We will then update the score model based on your changes.
When you visit "Supplier" or "Inquiry Detail," you will see the newly added "Min. Match Score" filter. You can use this filter to select high-scoring suppliers. For example, if you choose "excellent," we will filter out suppliers with a match score of "excellent." If you select "good," we will show suppliers with "excellent" and "good" match scores, and so on.
By clicking on any supplier's match score, you can view the AI-generated Match Score analysis and detailed matching rules. We will show how each supplier matches your preferences.
Additionally, based on the key strengths that users are most concerned about, we have added four personas (MOQ, Quality, Cost, Recognition) for each supplier. You can filter suppliers based on these preferences directly in the supplier filter or add these four criteria to your score model.
Clicking on any supplier's persona will provide the AI-generated Persona analysis, such as explaining why a particular supplier has high product quality.
For existing SourceReady users, don’t worry about not being able to use the Match Score feature. You can follow the guidance in the match score filter, click "Go to Edit," or go directly to "Settings" > "Workspace" to update your company profile. We will also generate a score model for you.
