Overview

Users can effortlessly submit their inquiries along with detailed product information, enabling suppliers to provide accurate quotes tailored to their needs. Whether you're sourcing materials, or products, inquiry streamlines the process, ensuring efficient and effective communication between buyers and suppliers.

Create an Inquiry

1. Open SourceReady

2. Click Inquiry button on the left hand menu

3. Click + Add Inquiry

4. Enter all the inquiry details, such as name, due dates, products and etc. You can select multiple products in one inquiry

5. Preview your inquiry details and click Submit to save the inquiry. Or click Save as draft to edit and submit later.

6. The inquiry submitted will be shown on the inquiry list.

Note: If you are not ready to submit the inquiry, you can always click Save as draft first for future editing.

Inquiry Details

The information you provide about an inquiry affects the quotations offered by suppliers. The more details you can provide, the more efficient the inquiry and quotation process will be.

  • Name - The name for your inquiry that you want to display to your suppliers.

  • Due date - The deadline by which you need to receive quotations from suppliers.

  • Shipping address - The location where the products will be delivered.

  • Product - The product for which you want to get quotations. You can select from existing products or add a new one right away.

  • Notes - Additional information or special instructions related to your inquiry.

  • Attachments - Relevant files or documents that provide further details about your inquiry.

You can also create an inquiry from product page.

Create an Inquiry from Product

1. Open SourceReady

2. Click the Product button on the left hand menu

3. Click on the product name you wish to create inquiry

4. Click + Create inquiry on overview tab

5. Enter all the inquiry details, such as name, due dates, products and etc. You can select multiple products in one inquiry and click Submit
