What is a Tech Pack?
A Tech Pack, short for "technical package" or "technical specification sheet," is a detailed document that communicates all the necessary information about a product's design and specifications to manufacturers for production. It serves as a blueprint for garment production and includes essential details such as:
Design Sketches: Visual representations of the product from various angles, including front, back, and side views.
Material Specifications: Information about the fabrics, trims, and other materials used in the product, including their composition, color, and suppliers.
Measurements: Detailed measurements of the product, including dimensions, seam allowances, and fit specifications.
Construction Details: Instructions on how the product should be assembled and constructed, including stitching techniques, finishing details, and any special instructions.
