To reach our support team:
1. Launch SourceReady and click the right-bottom hover button.
2. Review suggested articles in the Knowledge Base or click Messages -> Ask a question
3. Select your question type (e.g., book a product demo, I can't log in).
5. Provide detailed information including:
Steps to replicate: Where did the issue occur? What actions were taken?
Expected behavior: What should have happened?
Actual behavior: What did you observe?
include screenshots or screen recordings.
6. Review suggested solutions; for further assistance, click "Talk to a person".
To View Your Support History
1. Launch SourceReady and click the right-bottom hover button.
2. Click Message to view all your past requests including tickets.
3. Click Tickets to view all submitted tickets
